Players Bar is the trade name of 4players A2P Messaging Bundle (“we,” “us”), 210 N Lewis St, Oglesby, IL. Phone: 815-201-3707. Website: playersil.com. Optional SMS alerts under this program are sent only by this business for online food pickup orders — not by affiliates or other companies.
When you place an online food order we may collect your name, mobile phone number, email address, order details, pickup time, and payment information processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We use this to fulfill your food order and send order-related communications you agree to.
If you optionally opt in at checkout, we send automated transactional texts about your food order only (order received / confirmation, and when your food order is ready for pickup). These are service messages for food pickup — not marketing. You can complete your food order without opting in to SMS.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share mobile numbers only with service providers who help us deliver messages and fulfill orders (for example Twilio for SMS delivery), and only as needed to operate the service.
Consent to receive texts is not required as a condition of purchasing food. You may also call 815-201-3707 to place a food order without receiving automated texts.
We use your information to process and fulfill orders, contact you about pickup, improve our service, prevent fraud, and comply with law. Payment card details are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
We keep order records as needed for operations, accounting, and legal requirements. You may request deletion of personal data where applicable by contacting us.
